What is the PCM Intermediary Program?
The PCM Intermediary Program is a structured approach to working with SPOs that need capacity support and pilot-based capitalization pathways. We help SPOs test and strengthen the building blocks required for scalable social finance, including:

governance and accountability

basic financial readiness

proportional reporting and learning
-
impact measurement (social ROI)

compliance-aligned processes (as applicable)
PCM is designed to complement existing funders and intermediaries.

PCM is a pilot-based collaboration focused on building readiness, documenting impact, and enabling responsible social finance pathways.
Who this is for
We welcome SPOs across Canada that:

have a clear social, cultural, or environmental mission

serve underserved and equity-deserving communities
-
can designate a point person for the pilot
-
can participate in light reporting and feedback
-
are open to structured learning and partnership
Priority areas may include:
Indigenous services - Francophone communities - newcomers/refugees - women and youth - food security - community development - mental health & wellbeing - environment

Cupp Technologies Inc. is accepting Expressions of Interest from Social Purpose Organizations across Canada for participation in a PCM pilot cohort.
This application helps us understand your organization, your community mission, and your readiness for a structured pilot process.
How participation works
Most pilots run 12–16 weeks and include:

Intake & fit conversation

Pilot alignment (scope, expectations, light reporting plan)

MOU signing (bilingual available)

Pilot execution (with periodic check-ins)

Wrap-up & impact summary
Participation is non-exclusive.

Before applying, please have:

your organization’s legal name and registration type (if applicable)

a contact person who can lead the pilot

(optional) existing reports, decks, or impact summaries

What happens after you apply

You will receive an acknowledgement email within 3–5 business days

Shortlisted SPOs will be invited to a brief fit conversation

Selected SPOs will receive a bilingual MOU and pilot onboarding package
